Flood
An hour before our stay, the hotel calls us to inform they had a flood and would be moving our reservation to the dump next door. Not happy at all. The hotel next door was in no way comparable to what i booked. The hotel made sure to put us in a tiny cramped room with a view of the hotel we were supposed to be in. No attempt of compensation towards our reservation was made. Just a move next door to an inferior hotel.

We were traveling home from a vacation and needed a relaxing night. The suite was well equipped with kitchen and supplies, so we could make our own dinner. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

Great stay! The room was clean and updated, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the food was very good. We were staying for a quick trip with 2 little kids and it was such a great part of our vacation. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so nice. Buyer beware
We called the hotel that we would be checking in very late. On arrival no one was at the desk. We waited for 15 minutes and called customer service. The clerk finally showed up, irritated at us! The bed was saggy and uncomfortable. Breakfast did not have all of the items ( bread for toast) and the sausages were cold. Coffee was weak and awful tasting. Not worth over $200! Ridiculous.

Nice room with full fridge and walk-in shower, comfy bed, nice breakfast. I am traveling with my dog and there is alot ofoutside space for walks. No good coffee places nearby. Unexpected $75 pet fee - the fault of hotels.com.
