Happy Family

The staff member at the front desk was very friendly. Our room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Our children enjoyed the pool. My husband and I wished the hot tub was a little warmer but that's okay.

I liked the cleanliness of the whole facility. My room was very spacious and staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is there was no mini fridge or microwave in my room.

Nice breakfast area and good breakfast options. I made coffee in my room. Internet was fine for remote working. House keeping staff was polite and attentive. My only complaint is I had to get the room keys reactivated twice within a 5 day stay.

In memory of Cleo- Fantastic Hotel!!

We were in town on a house hunting trip because my husband was transferred to the area for work. Every employee was amazing. We had a terrible situation come up during our stay. We brought our 14 year old dog with us (she was used to traveling with us). Unfortunately, she had a seizure and died during our trip. The employees on duty that night (Maddie and Ava) were phenomenal. They helped calm our daughter down, and handled the situation with compassion and respect that went above and beyond. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had quite time getting our room cleaned. It felt as if we were asking SO much to have it done. I have never had this happen before. Very disappointing.

Nice hotel

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed for my son’s birthday and had a couple people come for dinner and cake. Hotel was pretty quiet. It was nice. Hot tub wasn’t very warm, which was a bummer, but overall, nice place to stay!

Definitely would stay again.

We had a great stay! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel seemed very clean. We parked in the shared lot with the Cracker Barrel next door because we were pulling a trailer and they have larger pull through spots that worked perfectly so we didn’t have to try to squeeze in to multiple spots. The beds were comfortable and we slept amazing and woke up refreshed. Everything was great.
