Small Room and have low expectations
The space of the room was very awkward with the bathroom being part of the sleeping area vs having a separate room. They charge for you to store luggage and hot water (tea). My mattress and some sheets had marks on them and were definitely older and dirty condition. There wasn't a phone and the room was so hot. I tried adjusting the AC, but couldn't get it to work. Kept the window open most of the time to stay cool. Overall, I probably wouldn't return, but the location is good. The front desk was helpful when I needed help from them.

The only thing that I liked was the location. Very close to the train and buses terminal and close to all attractions. The check-in was not the best, the staff doesn't give enough information and doesn't smile much. The room was not do clean. You have to ask the day before for services. There is no frigo bar to storage your food. The bed is average to poor condition . Blankets are small . The bathroom had mold. The room was very sunny and with a great view of the city.

Close to train station. Very basic room but comfortable and a good place to crash. Would recommend

The property amenities were very good. The room was very small, poor bed access with an uncomfortable mattress.

Hire a bike is great service. Room very basic, but clean. Breakfast basic but fresh food. Liked the communal spaces and easy access to public transportation

The location is central but still a walk to public transportation. The hotel/rooms are clean and comfortable but there is no AC (or I couldn’t see). The pillows were very soft and uncomfortable but it is what it is. The noise level is manageable but you still hear the trains. The one thing I didn’t like about the place was the check-in. I was there at 2pm, they said I need to pay an early check in fee, which was understandable but I said can I just store my luggage for an hour instead. That also costs 20dkk … there is a bathroom next to lockers but you need a room card to open. It is a good spot if you want an affordable room with the basics and no desire to store luggage for check in/out.

Stayed for 2 days, friendly staff and close to transport metro station and bus direct from the airport. Rooms could do with Kettles and fridges. One major fail was the pillows, they are very uncomfortable small pillows.

Lovely, clean room close to the railway station. Very quiet at night. My only criticism is that hotel was a tad stingy with pillows - more than one would have been nice!

First trip to Denmark
Quick 2 night stay. Good location, 15 minutes from central train station. Good options relatively close, along with nightlife. Rooms are big enough for 1, would be cramped if any more. Staff were pleasant and offered me an upgrade for 200 DKK more, and the option to check in at 11 am if I took the upgrade (which I did). Bicycle rentals right outside hotel and small bar in lobby. Overall good stay and value.

Overall they nickel and dime you. It is however a good location and a small private bathroom. Seems to be Copenhagens style so maybe we just aren’t those type of travelers

Stayed for 2 nights. First night was horrific: so noisy and the room was stifling hot. Awful sleep. Asked to switch rooms and the staff were great, and the second room was cooler and quieter for the second night. Hotel is fine, just not for a relaxing night, just for the basics.

New hotel with rooms that are smaller than usual but it’s what’s advertised. There’s luggage storage and walkable to metro, restaurants and shops and major attractions. There’s extra blankets, towels and pillows under the bed.
