El departamento no estuvo mal (sí, son departamentos en sí) la cama es cómoda, el baño en buenas condiciones (agua fría y agua caliente) en general es prácticamente un Airbnb, microondas, refrigerador, hornillas eléctricas, cafetera, utensilios básicos de cocina (tabla, sartén, cuchillo, espátula) si te quedas sin papel higiénico bien puedes comprar por fuera o ellos mismo te venden en recepción (10 pesos) al igual que un kit de jabón y shampoo, la limpieza es solo para el primer día pero en lo particular no hay queja ya que en sí nos mantuvimos la mayor parte del tiempo paseando por las ciudades que visitamos, al reservar por parte de esta aplicación me hicieron un cobro de depósito de 500 pesos, los cuales al final si todo está bien en la habitación te los devuelven tal cual

Muy buen hotel, aunque es más estilo ejecutivo es muy conveniente por el precio y por la comodidad, de todos los hoteles durante el recorrido por la península de Yucatán es el que mejor WIFI ha tenido, limpieza, el colchón pese a ser de memory foam es cómodo, te dan botellas de agua y cápsulas de café, excelente!! Piden un depósito pero te lo regresan obvio si no has hecho desmanes en la habitación así que todo bien, esta algo retirado del centro pero del ado de la calle 40 esta como a 10 mins caminando así que buena opción para descansar

Muy espacioso, muy limpio, con frigorífico y microondas. Wifi y agua caliente funcionan perfectamente. Lavabo para fregar los platos pero no te dan papel de cocina. Aparcamiento gratis dentro del Hotel, pero cuando se ocupan todas las plazas por la noche cierran la puerta. Aún así, enfrente se aparca muy bien el carro y es seguro. Si quieres servicio de habitaciones cuesta 200 pesos si te alojas menos de 7 días, aunque sí que te cambian las toallas si se las das. Hay que entregar una fianza de 500 pesos que te la devuelven al final de la estancia. En nuestro caso se manchó una toalla de comida y al final de nuestra estancia me trajeron la toalla a la recepción para comprobar que se quitaba la mancha, si no se hubiera quitado me hubieran cobrado parte de la fianza. Fue un momento bastante incómodo, ya que haces uso de las toallas a lo largo de los días y no te ofrecen papel de cocina a pesar de que saben que vas a comer en la habitación. A pesar de eso cumple con lo acordado.
