They charged my credit card $100 for incidentals and claimed to send a refund at checkout. I called 2 weeks after my stay to inquire about the refund and they claimed it was completed, but my credit card company had no record of the credit. I called again 3 weeks later, and the front desk "assured" me that the $100 credit was applied. So I asked for proof of the credit, either a transaction number (which they said they didn't have access to) or a screenshot of their system that shows a credit back to my creditcard account. I gave them my email address and the employee said it was emailed to me; nothing. I verified my email address spelling and they said it was sent, I asked them to stay on the line with me while I refresh my inbox and checked my spam folder and still nothing. I haven't received any type of proof of the $100 credit and before I could ask anything else, the employee hung up on me.
These people are either highly incompetent, or they're running a scam.
