Hotels.com need to update their website on this hotel’s latest check in times which stated last check in was midnight. This caused us undue stress & anxiety especially as our flight arrived into Santiago at 11.20pm. No one answered the phone at the hotel for us to let them know to wait for us. The Hotels.com staff couldn’t get through either!! We had to run from the gate in the International Airport through immigration & security to get to the hotel. When we got there we were told that last check in was 3am!! We are in our mid 60’s already exhausted from a days travel, chose the hotel for a rest before another days travel to Australia!! We were not happy!!

Very close to both terminals!
This hotel is extremely convenient for an airport hotel. Literally a few minutes walk from the international terminal and even closer to the domestic terminal. I could also take my luggage trolley into the room which was really helpful.

Excellent choice! Would 100% stay again.
Amazing location! You can take a luggage cart from the airport, to the hotel, and then up to your room. The rooms and common spaces were clean, hotel dinner and breakfast were good and not overly expensive, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Never left the airport between flights
Conveniently located between the two terminals at Santiago Airport. Great appearance when entering. Our room had an extremely comfortable bed (which is the most important thing!) The shower and toilet stall glass doors did not close properly and there was no hot water. These things made the hotel much less attractive, since they indicated lack of attention to details. The pool area was okay, but the dressing rooms were scary. The restaurant had delaminating of some Formica, but the food and the service were excellent. A little more attention to the details and this would have been a five-star rating.

We booked a "day room" to spend the 7 hours between our international and domestic flights. The property is directly in the airport complex adjacent to the domestic terminal and walkable from both terminals. We were able to check in at 9:00am, after our overnight flight, and rest for a couple hours. The room was clean and comfortable and it was very quiet during the day.
