The room was cleaner & well maintained than we anticipated. No complaints about the room. Only complaint is we didn’t get top floor that we requested. We didn’t get to enjoy the nice little balcony since it looked out to a parking lot. That’s the only reason why it’s not a 5 star.

Positives; Nice large sanitary rooms - smoke detector hanging from ceiling not very reassuring. Nice fridge. Good car park. Guess more a ling stay work hotel than a short stay holiday place. Not so good; This hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate miles from anything. The trucks were hooting at 4am. Views from balcony overlooking storage depot was awful. Unhappy: The noise from the other rooms air con was deafening - I complained and no one cared. Being asked to leave a security deposit was a shock - as a gold hotels.com customer I hope there is some trust.. Elevators were the slowest I’ve experienced - plus apparently only one working.

Really Good Hotel…Crap neighbors
Hotel and parking area was fine. The rooms are clean, large and work great for our needs. The people in the next room were up all night making noise. I’m thinking that since it’s an Extended Stay hotel that these people live in the hotel. They were out in the halls at 4am talk, laughing and paying no attention to those around them.
