Humble accommodations. A little older, but clean and comfortable. The mattress was so comfortable. I slept great. I could hear the people above me, like the floor above me squeaked badly, they weren’t doing anything obnoxious, but their floor might’ve had issues. Nonetheless, I would stay here again. Perfect for what I needed.

Had a great stay. Room was clean, quiet and conveniently located. Really appreciated the frig in the room. There was also a great pet area. Only complaint was that the TV kept buffering.

Bed had stains all over it, didn't look like the sheets had ever been washed. Floor was sticky. The whole building smelled like cigarette smoke Seemed like a very cheap extended stay location and/or pay by the hour Would not recommend

Dogs in a joining room constantly barking, smell of mold, cigarettes, and dirty. The bed feels like it is from the 60's, the pillows are thin as paper, blood stains on sheets and pillow cases, very outdated, and did not feel safe!!

The reviews I read were, not outstanding. But our stay was above average and great for the one night we stayed before the The Colorado Marathon. Close to packet pick up, getting to buses at 4 am was easy, and close to finish line at a great affordable rate. Looking forward to booking again next if we running the marathon again next year.

This place is a dump. They have people living at the hotel, cars being worked on in the parking lot. Thread bare sheets and pillow cases. We left. It is unsafe. Would never stay there.

Keep driving, not a good place to stay.

This place had a lot of long term residences, one car was under a rebuild 4 doors from our room. The floor was dirty, my bare feet were black when I got dressed to leave. Sheets and towels were at least clean not counting the dirty towel hanging on the door hook in the bath. The bed was way past useful life. Horrible nights sleep here.

The microwave was dirty. The bathroom sind drain was clogged. With what I believe was tiolet paper. Which I cleaned out. The tub was chipped. No bathtub mat or anti slip preventations.

First, the floor in our room hadnt been cleaned in awhile. Walking on left the bottom of my feet/socks filthy. This is also a hotel with longer term residents ehich i was not aware. The first night we heard a couple yelling at a crying child. The towels were tiny and there were stains on the comforters and shower curtain. Inwas unable to voice my concerns when we left as there was no sign of life at the reception desk. The guy at the reception with check in was polite and the beds were comfy.

Pet friendly. Area felt a tad bit sketchy but nothing happened during our stay. Great mexican food less than a block away. Pet friendly. Very friendly staff. Room was small and needed updating but the check in clerk stated they had just taken over the property. Definitely a good value for an overnight stay.
