Once and never again.
Check In Dame sprach so leise, dass man sie nicht verstand. Auf meine Frage, wann die Sauna geöffnet ist, verwies sie auf die Informationen auf einem Papier und erst als ich sie irritiert ansah, war sie so nett, mir die Zeiten zu nennen. Das Zimmer ist ok, es gibt kein Duschgel und für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist die Dusche winzig und das Bad steht danach unter Wasser. die Sauna ist eine Katastrophe, alle Spinde sind defekt und lassen sich nicht schließen, es gibt weder Kleiderbügel noch Haken, soll ich mein 800 Eur Sakko und das frisch gebügelte Hemd hinwerfen? Beim Check out keine Nachfrage an mich, ob alles ok ist. Aber man wollte 40 Zloty, weil ich ein Upgrade hatte. Ich hatte dieses nicht gewünscht und habe die Zahlung verweigert. Für 90 Eur kann ich anderswo angenehmer wohnen. Bin jetzt im Holiday Inn für 65 Eur, super Leute, klasse Bett, schwere Habdtücher. Royal Tulip kann ich nur abraten.

Apart-hotel style, not to far in the city centre, away from noise and very nicely decorated hotel. Good for a short stay. The staff in the breakfast service need more training and stop loudly dropping cutlery and plates on the floor.

Nice accommodation in the business district.
Excellent quality accommodation in the business district just off the city center. Spacious and comfortable, reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time to visit sauna and pool - will try next time. The deserts in the restaurant are very good.

A nice, enjoyable and relaxing few days in Warsaw.
Lovely hotel. Centrally placed around 20 mins walk from the main train station. The hotel was well decorated and in very good condition. The room allocated was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. Complementary water was provided. The kitchen area was well equipped. I had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good with a very good selection of hot and cold options. All the staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you.

After such a Stressful week in London it was great to get away and enjoy Warsaw and The Royal Tulip for the weekend - food was incredible sourced well local produce , Norblin a really cool funky district literally 5 mins walk from the Hotel. Staff were excellent.
