Great location with direct Metro connection to Nørreport from CPH but tucked away across from Rundetaarn. our stay included a colorful, comfortable, and educational room; a lovely breakfast combining buffet with al a carte. For the initial night, the room turned out to be a in a noisy location, but very understanding front desk staff moved us to a quieter and equally scenic, but more serene spot across from the church.

Absolutely splendid.
A terrific and perfectly located hotel: five minutes’ walk from Nørreport Station, which is on the M2 from the airport and also has trains to the airport and beyond (including Sweden) and the S-tog local trains. Also in the same square as the Rundetårn. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Great breakfast, great central bar, lots of hip nooks and spaces. We’d definitely choose this hotel again.

Great location, wish there was housekeeping!
The hotel was located right next to the Round Tower and near many shops and retaurants. The decor and vibe of the hotel was cute, and the staff was friendly and hospitable. Pros: Location Cute vibe Nice staff- they stored our luggage when we arrived earlier than check-in time and called us a taxi to the airport when we left Spacious room, loved the partition of shower and toilet Cons: No housekeeping (our stay was three days and as many have noted, they don't clean your room for a three-day stay.) They did, however, bring up some towels and tp when we requested it. The room service was weird- we had to go down twice bring up our trays of food from Neni, and when we returned the trays (since we didn't want our room to smell), the restaurant staff was visibly irritated with us. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Comfortable hotel in a great part of the city
Nice stay, excellent location for exploring the city, great service from the staff, reasonably priced (for Copenhagen) drinks and food. My only real complaint is our room fronted onto the main street and it was frequently *very* noisy in the very early hours of the morning with either drunk people or insanely loud road sweepers and bin lorries. On the positive side the area was very clean! Oh, and the pillows were terrible, one wasn't enough and when I asked for another one (which to be fair was provided immediately) it was too many, my neck still isn't right! All of that said, I would absolutely stay there again but I'd ask for a room off the main road.

This was a fantastic boutique hotel (and surprisingly well-priced) in the very heart of downtown. Everything you need is a short walk away. Our medium room was unexpectedly spacious and comfy. Our only complaint: we stayed six nights and our room was never cleaned once. Housekeeping came on the fourth day (as they told us would be the case) and we asked her to return in ten minutes so we could vacate the room, but she never came back. It wasn’t a huge issue so I didn’t complain. Other than that small issue, everything else, including the staff, was great. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Copenhagen.

A beautiful hotel, centrally placed within walking distance of sights and museums. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Large windows that open easily. The breakfast is amazing. Lots of choice and brilliantly helpful staff. My only issues were the light switches which were a bit confusing and though I agree with the environmentally friendly policy, 3 nights without clean towels and a room vacuuming is a stretch. If you ask, they will give you clean towels, however.

A fab and funky hotel. Loved it. Great staff and facilities. And Very central to all the places we wanted to visit. You can even walk with a case, to the station to take the train to the airport!!
