My Short Stay at the Hilton
Stayed less than 24 hours. Late flight arrival. Bed was ok, nothing special. Pillows weren’t my style (I don’t like fat pillows). All service personal was awesome! Transportation pickup was running a little late, but was efficient once they arrived.

Reception was very friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is nicely appointed which was a nice change to most hotels these days. The restaurant was open for dinner and breakfast which was a huge plus for us. Unfortunately the wait staff, although friendly, were very distracted and very slow. Surprising when there were so few tables to wait on. The food was good and our waitress was pleasant so all in all it was a good stay.

I will NEVER recommend nor stay at this property again. As a Hilton Honors Gold Member, because I chose to book my reservation through Expedia, the staff at this property refused to show any professionalism when I attempted to address my concerns or ask questions. Every time I asked a question it was met with “our policy says”. I’ve stayed at this property for leisure and business travel and each and every time there’s a new policy or rule in place that are not consistent with other Hilton properties in the area. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands at Hilton in Atlanta and I refuse to be treated and talked to like a common lowlife. Never AGAIN
