A little paradise in Phuket
This place is a little paradise in Phuket. Kata Noi is probably the best beach in the area as it is not as crowded as others, allowing you to fully enjoy the sea and the beach. Many restaurants in the Resort, obviously they are much more expensive than any independent restaurants outside the hotel, but you pay for comfort and the view. Nice and friendly staff.

Huge hotel, Separated to two different areas with own receptions. Spa side looked nicer. We were on the other side. Lots of people. Rooms outdated. We had to change the first room which had very strong smell of detergent or something else. Room changing was smooth

Nice clean hotel on a great walkable beach. Wish beach chairs were an option - all hotel chairs are on the hotel property. Debris/trash comes in with the tide. Great swimming. Big resort with several dining options and local tourist restaurants across the street.

This resort is by far the best resort ive been too. The food is incredible at all the restaurants. The amentities are amazing and will keep you busy. Usually resort food is a miss for me but literally everything was incredible. Staff was amazing, kind and helpful. And overall the resort was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend for all!

I traveled on my own as a women over 55. The resort was lovely. Exactly what l wanted great pools and an ocean right at my feet. Plenty of choice for meals & Happy hour was a great way to finish a day off by sitting and looking out at the ocean each night listening to music from a local singer and there guitar. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They arranged serval tours for me which were excellent. I felt very safe during my stay. My time at the resort was wonderful and l look forward to returning 🌴🍸♥️🌸
The ocean was beautiful the waves were gentle, the water was just warm.
You cannot go pass the Phuket Punch Cocktail. Even if it’s just to have your cocktail served in a beautiful fresh pineapple .

As an individual who uses a wheelchair, I have found that certian facilities were not wheelchair friendly. The shower did not have rails or seat. There was noise in the early hours of the morning.

Hotel/facilities very good, but looking quite dated and not as clean/hygienic as you would expect, would suggest the online photos are very old when everything was in better condition. Expedia were absolutely terrible to deal with when some of our flights were cancelled, would never book a similar trip with Expedia again.
