Awful hotel!
We checked and and checked out within minutes. Hallway carpets filthy, unkept persons roaming halls, smoke alarm in our room and another were chirping needing battery replacement, the lught that worked was flickering,, heater in room was not working and live cockroaches ran across the cabinet by tv.

Our room was dirty.. so much so that the linens felt dirty. The facilities are run down. The swimming pool was ice cold. They provide one towel and one wash rag per person and one hand towel per room for the duration of your stay. Don’t ask for an extra for swimming or to wash hair…they don’t do it. They offer no housekeeping for the duration of your stay. Nor do they provide a receipt. Never ever will I stay there again.

Avoid this place. Checkin process involves writing your name and number on a sheet of paper left on the front desk for all to see. The front desk was not staffed even after 9am in the morning. It’s an extended stay place so if you are unemployed and addicted to drugs this is the perfect place to stay. Large aggressive looking dogs we also welcomed apparently. Checkin was unfriendly. She appeared annoyed that we had a reservation because the place was full. She spent a great deal of time on the phone complaining to someone that they we full for the night, a room didn’t have a TV, she had no idea who was staying in one of the rooms, etc. We were surprised to be handed a key and then terrified about what the condition of the room would be. There was a large fan in the room-I’m not sure if it’s purpose was to makeup for the non functioning AC or to be used to dry out the carpet that became drenched by a plumbing leak in the wall. Water sprayed out of the wall opposite the shower when the shower was being used.

We arrived on Friday and the air conditioner in our room was not working and when we mentioned it to them, they said they had no one that could fix it or anything and we were told that there was a few other rooms that the air conditioner wasn’t working Friday night and our air conditioner did not work the entire time we were there The room was halfway cleaned And on Sunday night, we had seen bugs in our room and Friday night. We could smell marijuana being smoked in one of the rooms and you can smell it in the hallway in our room and into the lobby will not be staying there again.

When booked, it was for 2 King Bedrooms, when checked in, we got one King Bed and one with 2 Full size. When asked about that, the front desk was a little sour (might have been having a bad day) but was informed it was not a guaranteed booking. Funny when we booked King Rooms was all that was available. Not the worst hotel we have stayed in, but it was clean and comfortable, just don't look to close, needs lots of work.

First booked for and said had no stairs close to exit. Got neither. All have stairs to enter. Was put on TOP level over 25 steps. Ask for at least lower level. No appliances had nothing. Rm gave me was occupied by others. Hmmm found a room across hall. After being told completely booked. Then next room dirty, personal belongings left by others & non working air conditioning. Was very hot ask about another room or even fan to open window. Said absolutely NO other like told before. Said gave away all fans night before to others. Ask for refund to leave said couldn’t refund because already checked in and booked through HOTELS.com. Did not stay looked for other in area but none. So slept in car better then rooms. No I did not stay long enough to take pictures.
