Filthy

Hotel and rooms were not clean and even had blood smeared in hotel elevator. The entire 3rd floor smelt like smoke. Fire sprinklers were molded. Our ice bucket bag had something dirty in the bag. Smokers were allowed right outside the front door. This place will be reported to health department.

Comfortable enough, but could use cleaned

Our experience just wasn't the best...waited a full 10 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in. Breakfast was yogurt or waffles, but coffee was a welcomed friend. Just a bit run down and definitely would say third floor halls need a very thorough vacuum. Had to set coffee down on carpet outside my room to get in and there were so many crumbs and just filth of fingernail clippings, ewwwww....

It was in the process of being updated and it looked like a lot of the guests we saw lived there and some had pit bulls getting on the elevator. Our room was clean so it sufficed for just sleeping there overnight. The staff was friendly and helpful

Don't stay here !!!

Our room was not very clean. The receptionist did not return my ID and I needed it at dinner. The mirror in the room was broken, a lamp was not working and another lamp was missing a light bulb. The microwave was unplugged and we had to try and plug it in a very tight space. But on the bright side we had toilet paper.

This place is temporary housing for many people, not a conference center. It appears the restaurant and conference areas are closed off. Carpet, sheetrock, paint, all need redone. Smells like fabuloso cleaner and cigarettes throughout. Avoid this place

Comfortable beds but by a busy noisy train track. Train went by every 15-45 min starting at 5am...

Construction happening here. Staff was very kind and attentive. There are glitches: hair drier was mounted in a way tbat it could not be plugged in, property claims to have microwaves in rooms but ours did not have one.

1st room was filthy, had to move to another. Desk staff was excellent, understanding & accommodating. Moved to a new room, seems fine.

Troubled stay. Problems with power to the TV, Fridge, Coffee. In attempting to remedy these the staff deleted our stay from the system (thinking they would reenter to a different room) and as we later found out, re-entered it with an earlier departure. The power issues were remedied. Then due to the flawed reservation entry mentioned above, they told us we would have to leave a day early. The staff were able to comprehend what had happened once I showed them my original reservation so our departure date was corrected. Worth notine: the room had no outdoor window, just one into the indoor pool area. The facility is quite near the tracks, so...train noise. Child sized toilet is a non-starter for us going forward.

When we arrived people were outside barbequing outside the hotel. The facility is not clean and is very old looking. They need to upgrade and take pride in the hotel. Our room didn't have a remote, so we had to get one. The phone didn't work in the room. Overall a bad experience unfortunately

It appeared that the property was being remodeled. It would be nice to be informed in advance so that one could adjust ones expectations or look elsewhere for accommodations. The marijuana scented air freshener throughout the building was a nice touch but they might want to turn it down a notch or six.

Dirty

The hall ways were dirty, once in the room, the floors were sticky, the walls needed patching, painting, etc. The bed sheets had some black stains on both the queen beds. The continental breakfast was no continental breakfast. Overall the facility was dirty.
