Even though i did a precheck it took 20 minutes to check in.. i had requested main floor due to my husband being handicapped. There were 4 cars in the lot but i was told the 1st floor was booked. At 6 AM, there were only 9 cars yet there were more than 9 first floor rooms. Breakfast is 2 cereals, bagels, white toast, miniature muffins, and waffles. The coffee was excellent.

Will Stay At This Hotel Again

Customer Service was good, and my hotel room was clean. A/C, fridge, TV all worked. Bed & pillows was very comfortable. Hotel is in a great location right off the HWY. However, they do need to make sure to keep the basic breakfast items fully stock during the entire breakfast time frame 6am-10am

The shower curtain had mold on it! I had to call for someone to come to the front desk and once I discovered that there was nobody on the premises. We were told there was continental breakfast that was not available! When we entered the room nothing was working and we discovered that everything was unplugged!

The place had an abnormal odor. Forget taking a bath towels are in the wash. Really I mean the place had maybe 20 guests. Sheets are so old they're either dirty or stained. We slept on top sheet. Too exhausted to find something else. Smoke detector hanging down from ceiling.

Run away!!!

Don't know where to start. Walls had all kinds of patched holes, I could feel the springs in the bed, and the ceiling had dust bunnies literally hanging all over the room, the clock was completely missing the face and did not even work. Also, one of the beds had brown stains the size of an orange in several spots. Avoid this hotel!!!!!

Terrible Experience

We had a terrible experience. The lobby was warm when we entered. It took quite a while to check in with my credit card/reservation after we had waited for the clerk to check someone else in. Upon entering the elevator, we found it very hit. Once it took us to the 2nd floor the hallway was even warmer. This didn’t go unnoticed by either of us and we didn’t have high hopes for room’s temperature. Gratefully upon opening the door to our room, it was cool however the lightswitch didn’t work. We walked into a dark room. That was not very inviting! We had to turn on the bathroom light to shed some light into the room. I tried the desk’s lamp - nothing! I fumbled my way to the bedside lamp. It turned on and my psrtner turned on the other bedside lamp. We could see now.

the only car in the lot was parked in front of the door, permanently. Entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. The 2 rooms we were given had mold in the bathrooms and smoke crusted on the lamps. but the desk made sure to let us know there would be a $250 fine for smoking in the room, what a joke. The worst hotel I have ever been in!

Convenient and friendly

Conveniently located, easy parking, friendly staff, adequate room size (king bed); comfortable bed and clean room, responsible staff and quick staff to aid TV problem. Bathroom was adequate but tiny bars of soap. The breakfast foods were not there on day 2 (bagels, muffins);very quiet. Wi-Fi was easy.
