Okay hotel, seems a bit dated
Was fine.. our couch had some stains and the towels had rust stains or something on them, otherwise the rooms seemed clean. The pullout couch bed was terribly uncomfortable, you can feel the metal bars. The doors are so incredibly loud at all hours.. I was woken up a number of times due to the apartment doors slamming shut. Overall the hotel was large and clean.. I’d stay here again, but there are a couple of issues that could be addressed.

Room did not loot modern and there was a letter inside my room from the hotel that read they will be shutting the water to the entire building offf for maintenance from 10:30 pm to 5 am so we couldn’t even flush the toilet they could have told me this before i checked in and gave me the option to go some where else

We called to say we were arriving late and they did not warn us there would be no water in the entire building after 10pm. There we stayed in a hotel room that cost hundreds of dollars and we had no water to flush the toilet or wash our face. We were never informed of this except for a sign at check-in. The beds were not queen, but full size and very challenging for two grown adults to fit in. The guests in the room next to us were having a party with loud music past 1am.

Convenient for downtown Chicago
Free breakfast in the mornings was amazing especially custom made omelets. Along with evening social with free snacks and drinks. The view was amazing, inside rooms could use upgrades. Couch bed was over used with sunken cushions that kept sliding off and couch mattress had stains. Bathroom was dusty.

Family Getaway
Quick family trip to Chicago to see a Broadway show. Hotel was within an easy walking distance to the theater, as well as many great restaurants. Rooms were spacious. Beds could always be a bit softer, but nothing is ever like home :) Evening was quiet, despite a very busy hotel. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
