Do not Stay Here!

Extremely disappointed in this stay. The hotel is in terrible disrepair and in need of updating. Of the 5 elevators, only 3 were operational during our entire stay, leading to very long delays. The rooftop bar is not accessible unless you want to walk up. The room was not set up with towels. No one answers when calling for service or room service. We were told we could not have an extra blanket since they were "out". Our daily room set up did not take place until 5 pm when we were getting ready for dinner. I would not choose to stay at this hotel ever again. The quality is terrible and the service is worse.
