Trust the reviews.
Great room with an incredible view. The staff is nice - everything with a smile. The location is terrible. Not walkable at all. With traffic and inability to easily access Uber by hotel, it’s just not conducive to a vacation. Not for day stuff and definitely not for night entertainment. We switched hotels it became so inconvenient. Restaurant is average at best and while the staff is nice, they have little to know training in being a waiter. Just an unorganized mess. Truly unfortunate. But the reviews, were spot on, I should have trusted them. Great room, beautiful views, lousy location, below average restaurant. Its an apartment with a restaurant, not a hotel experience!

Comfortable but Misleading rules
The accomodation was ok, comfortable and clean. However, they would charge you 100 US dollars for any guest that visits you, even if you paid for 2 guests or if it was only for a moment. That was very shady and not in their rules online when booking. The front desk claimed that this was the new management policy.

I booked one night here at the property. I have a receipt and a confirmation number and they would not allow me to check in from Expedia in over 15 years of traveling and using Expedia. I’ve never had a hotel tell me they can’t check me in over an hour I waited at the front counter and they still cannot help me, I want to leave. I booked another hotel paid more money and then they miraculously found me a room after I paid for another hotel so I paid double the money they do not speak English at the counter and they were very unwilling to help

Great Hotel, Only issue was the replenishment of the bathroom soaps lotion etc. the bath soap was thick on our first night, however after room service the next day, the bath soap had a watery consistency it was as if they added water to it. We were there 6 nights and the lotions shower caps were never restocked. Just a side note: I had a discount from Expedia that they did not accept. There was no complimentary water and everything in the minibar had a price tag.

My friend’s and I loved this hotel. Very clean, beautiful, nice rooftop. The employees at the front desk are really nice and kind. My only gripe was breakfast is pretty pricey and honestly not that great. The staff at breakfast also treated us like we were going to skip out on paying for breakfast which was pretty weird considering they had our room numbers. Strange interaction but I just let it be. Other than that perfect place to stay in Medellin

I’ve stayed many times and have never been disappointed. The Staff, restaurant, cleanliness and Room are awesome….Just one incident …You’re Welcomed to your room with a Complimentary Bottle of water. Upon inspection I noticed the bottle wasn’t “Sealed” ( Very Unsanitary ) and it was filled with “Tap Water”. It also said that if you happen to take the bottle you’ll be Charged $5. Not Very “Welcoming”.
