The girls at the xesk have been nothing but nice and helpful with all phone calls. The hotel old and outdated. The bathroom had pubic hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The travel size shampoo and conditioner were nearly empty couldnt even wash my hair. The parking for an additional $26 was a surprise and disgusted by that-especially since its in a not so nice part of town and had to walk thru a ghost town of a garage with addicts and junkies outside by the train tracks. There are only vending machines which took my $5 and couldn't get anything-after working from 6am till 11pm at RESORTS where I work! I always get a hotel when i work NYE & NYD. This room was almost $300 plus a deposit and $26 for parking is diaturbing comsiderimg where i am. I will absolutely NEVER stay here again. I will also make all of this very public it is a disgrace. Ive worked in this industry and this was my first stay here HORRIBLE. And again your staff was nothing but helpful and kind . But i am shocked at disgusted there arent even comforters or blankets in the closet. I have no choic but to stay as I and go back in at 6am again -im guessing not much sleep here tonight and wish i just call out from my job at RESORTS and go home to where I live in Ocean County ! HORRIBLE DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!
