Good service...horrible room
After requesting a downstairs room for our friend who couldn't do stairs, we were given an upstairs room. One of the beds in the room was broken; if you sat on one side, you would fall on the floor. The outlet covers were installed incorrectly. Only one light in the room worked.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Terrible place. Night clerk seemed barely verbal. We had requested a ground floor room. He seemed confused by this. Put us on the second floor without comment. Public spaces and the room itself were run down and dirty. Old food wrappers and other trash on the stairs. It's likely that the room had not been cleaned after the last guest. The bed linen had not been changed. The toilet had been used but not flushed. Floors were dirty. The prior guest's phone charger was still plugged into the bathroom outlet. The TV didn't work. The AC unit sounded like a garbage grinder. Worst hotel ever.
