It was OK
One of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Bathroom is tiny. Service was great but the rooms could use at little extra cleaning. Floors were dirty. I would stay again but I will probably look for other options first.

Not very comfortable
The room was awkward and small. As you walk in the door the bathroom vanity and sink are immediately to your right. The above the counter sink bowl is too high to comfortably wash your face or brush your teeth. I am 5'4" and had to stand on my toes. No matter how slowly you turn the faucet it would splash water everywhere. The mirror behind the faucet was too far away to be able to use it to put on my makeup. The AC equipment under the window was 6 inches away from my side of the bed, it was hard to get in and out. We also struggled to keep the fitted sheets on the mattress, they kept coming off, not sure if the beds were not properly made or the sheets were poor quality and didnt hold in place. Also the sink and tub were slow to drain. The hotel is in a convenient location close to everything.

Recently remodeled. Very modern. Ac unit inside the room a little loud when it comes on. Hot water in the shower was enough for two people to shower and then it will go cold. Not sure if that was just in our room but it wasn’t a big deal. Location amazing and hotel is really nice! Would definitely stay again. Front desk personal very nice and kind.

Irritated
Really irritated that you had to have cash to buy a drink or snack at front desk. No drink machine or snack machine. No atm to get cash to buy drink at front desk. Extremely inconvenient. I will never stay there again bc of this. Parking lot very tight as well.

Basic Property - Generally Fine - Nice Staff
Location-wise it was in the middle of everything Pigeon Forge. It isn't a very quiet hotel but basic needs are met. I think the price is a little high for the property - our bathtub had some mold on the tiles the hallways and elevator area weren't very clean. They have updated the property in the past few years, but it is mostly cosmetic and is already starting to show wear & tear.

Bugs in room-not addressed
Snapped the photo of these bugs on walls in room. Made front desk aware. Asked if I wanted someone to come take care of them. No I killed them but wanted to make them aware that for $250+ per night I would have expected better. Management never addressed or reached out. I never leave reviews but we came over after Hurricane Helene hit Asheville and honestly my dusty home with no power or running water felt cleaner. Explained the situation and the second night was even more expensive. $342 for 1 night. Again going back to what is left of my town felt better than paying that rate! I just hoped for me and my teen to enjoy a hot shower, running water, and power. Definitely will remember their response to our situation. Also the only connector to Asheville (441) was closed due to snow however they still didn’t care and quoted me $100 more just for the second night. No place for greed in times of natural disasters especially when they could verify my address as being in Asheville AND knew that my only way home due to the closures connecting TN to NC we’re closed.

Wasted money
The website definitely made it look better than it was. The bed was terrible appliances were outdated and in desperate need of repair. The mini fridge leaked water over everything inside. Cleaniness could of been worse but definitely not great. We disliked our stay so much that we checked out two days early even after being told on the first day we'd still have to pay the full amount if we checked out early. This was absolutely not how we wanted our honeymoon to go disappointed is an understatement!
