Stay anywhere but here!
The tv didn’t work I called and he said that someone was working on them and he didn’t know how to fix it. The room had one pillow that was wedged between the nightstand and bed so when I asked for more the person at the front desk said there should have been 3. He needed to check with house keeping. He eventually dropped one pillow off at the door. In the middle of the night someone got taken by ambulance and woke everyone up and in the morning there was a couple screaming about how to start the car. It was extremely uncomfortable to stay at this place. The bed also had stains on the sheets

Needs to be refurbished
Room was clean. All the furniture (even the fridge) were scratched or chipped. Location convenient, right off highway.

Bad stay at red roof
The room was not clean. Long strands of hair in the bed. Hair all over the shower and outside the tub and on the floor. Toilet was not clean or it was stained-didn’t want to look closely. Webs in corners of where the bed was. Just pretty disgusting all around sorry to say but true. We’ll never stay at red roof again, sorry. When we opened the fridge it nearly fell over. The arm rest on the desk chair was so loose it felt like it was going to come off

Lousy customer service
We walked into the lobby and they charged our card and $50 extra. We walked to the room through a sea of cigarette butts and trash. The room smelled misty and was not conducive for my children to sleep. We checked out 10 minutes later. Didn’t touch anything. Manager was very. Wry nice and said he would refund our money but I would have to go through Hotels.com. I was on a virtual chat with “Jenny” and had waited too long between texts so she ended it. (We were visiting my daughter in college for parents weekend-I just thought I’d visit with her while I could and deal with the hotel thing later). I have not been able to reach anyone through virtual chat nor can I find anyone to talk with about my refund. I will never book through Hotels.com (or their affiliates) again.
