The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows…too hard. Unfortunately we arrived late and had a difficult time finding somewhere to eat…

We stayed here while visiting for the Olympics and it just so happened to be the same hotel where the Men's and Women's Spanish National Soccer teams were staying! The hotel is beautiful and a close walk to the river trams, with plenty of dining/shopping options nearby.

RWC - Bordeaux 2023
Room was quite dark. Hotel was a little tired and needs freshening up. Bed was uncomfortable due to a mattress liner. Good breakfasts and centrally located.

Very nice hotel a little out of the core. When construction is completed in front of the hotel it will seem less removed from downtown core. Breakfast buffet is fantastic

This hotel was great, all staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean and well maintained, and has a really nice aesthetic and design style. Great breakfast in the morning with tons of options. My only negative was the air conditioning in the room was a bit weak, even with the fan speed set on maximum, it didn’t cool the room quite to the level we would have wanted.

4/10 Fair

This property is somewhat on the outskirts of town where all of the action is. It is not too far of a walk to the rue of Notre Dame (10-15 minutes) but doesn’t feel the safest at night. The hotel appears to have spent all their money on making the lobby, bar and common areas look nice but the actual rooms are very old and have a strange smell. My room had no functioning air conditioning but since I got back late to my room, I did not have energy to pack up all my stuff and move to another room. This made the musky smell in the bathroom even worse. The water for showers is also not hot, it is lukewarm at best. The staff are not as helpful or friendly, but it could also be because I am a foreigner. For the price you pay for this hotel, it is not worth it. Even if it was discounted, I would not stay here. I would rather stay in a 3 star and below hotel with functioning air conditioners with modern thermostats (they have some kind of antiquated knob thing that makes no sense) and hot water (their sink water was hotter than shower water).

Nice city centre hotel with parking.
Great position to explore Bordeaux and the wine area. Decent size room with very comfy bed. Good Wi-Fi. Extensive range of food at breakfast. Bottle of complimentary water in fridge had previously been open and drunk from but returned to fridge. Left bottle on side as obviously opened but returned to fridge by room attendant - disappointing. Check in staff excellent check out staff spoke rapid French and no clue as to what was going on. Bar ok but red wine served not great for such a prestigious wine region. Would recommend - very quiet rooms.
