Everything thing was great. However, the people next to my room were super noisy and continued to be so until 2 am. Have not had the chance to sleep well. Called the front desk and they sent their security team to speak with them. However, did not stay silent for nearly one more hour.

The hotel room was not very clean at first and after three tries, my friend and I finally got a room that was acceptable to sleep in. we tried to eat breakfast and the food was awful and the hotel staff didn’t bother refunding my money for the add on of breakfast.

I didn’t feel there was good value for the price. I specifically chose this airport hotel for the airport shuttle and the on site restaurant access and those were both a fail. I felt it was quite expensive and then our room lacked a shower curtain and only had two towels though the room was reserved for 4. Housekeeping did bring them when we called. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The room temperature was truly set at 92 degrees so not eco friendly as it was churning heat for however long before we arrived and the room never cooled down for us to sleep well. The restaurant was very pricey for very mediocre food. The airport shuttle was running late—I guess they couldn’t have anticipated high demand but maybe should have run two shuttles in the holiday season so we ended up paying more to Uber. The warm cookie was a nice touch though.
