I’ve never been to Charlotte before. I had no idea there were two courtyards near the airport. I got on the courtyard Marriott shuttle and it took me to the wrong property. The original property would not cancel my reservation without a penalty. So I’ve now and they would not come and get me. So I’m having to pay for two rooms. I may have to not have our company use Marriott anymore.

Great hotel very close to the airport with shuttle
I messed up and booked for the 9th instead of the 8th and it was fixed with no issue whatsoever. We needed an early morning (3:30) shuttle to the airport and that was very easy too. Very close to the airport. I will stay here again.

The two ladies at the front desk were sensational! So friendly and welcoming! Bistro is only open for breakfast and lunch and is super spendy. Would like to see dinner served and complimentary breakfast. The hotel room was a little rough though. Found an ear wig bug in the bathroom. Yucky splatter of something in the bathroom door. Twisted tea can on deck with old cig butts in it. Grab bar next to toilet is coming out of the wall, and shower looks ugly and old. BUT it has the best water pressure ever so I’ll take it! Pool is nice with kiddos. Close to airport so if you’re a light sleeper, choose a hotel a little farther away so you don’t hear planes all night. But didn’t bother us. We slept great!

Stayed one night with my family at the Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Airport before our early flight. The room was spacious, everything spotless, and the hotel’s location was super convenient—just a 5-minute shuttle ride from the airport. Remember to let the hotel know in advance if you're arriving late so they can send the shuttle. Highly recommend!
