Worst experience I've encountered with Hotels.com
Upon arrival reception notified us that they no longer accepted reservations from Hotels.com. i spent @ 40 minutes truing to explain to yhe Hotsls.com customer service agent (who barely spoke English) about our experience.
She placed me on hold for @ 5 minutes only to return to notify me that she could not reach the hotel.
We verified the ph number she was using was accurate and it was. I gave her the on duty managers name of Andrew. She told me she could not speak to him on my cell phone (even though he was standing right in front of me) as that is considered a 3rd party call.
She noted she would escalate my case since she was not able to verify Villa Montana no longer accepts reservations from Hotels.com.
To say this was the worst experience I have had in my 30+ years of travel,would be an understatement.
Please let meknow what additional information i can supply in order to receive my refund.
