Love this place hence why we always stay here whenever we travel to Chattanooga and really have nothing bad to say overall great place my only complaint is that the hot water tanks are way to small for a two bathroom setup specially when u have 5 people! Other then that I will be back again....

This hotel was great. If you are looking for a nice place to stay with a family this is an excellent property. We actually was given two bed two bath, which had tons of space. Full kitchen too. The only two cons would be no parking and the master bedroom bed was a bit uncomfortable. Also if you are a person who likes to watch TV in the bedroom there are no TVs in the bedroom. Overall great place and recommend eating at the brewery restaurant next to the hotel.

Great building but...
Beautiful building in the perfect location. Staff was very freindly and the room was very clean. Everything appered recently updated. Now for the negative 1-star. The walls and ceilings are thin. You can hear all of the conversations and toliets flushing around you. The water in the showers is not very hot. The beds are on the hard side and uncomfortable. So this place is not ideal if you are a light sleeper

Phenomenal Downtown Location
This is our new go-to for trips to Chattanooga. We booked a two bedroom suite. I was skeptical because the price was so reasonable, but we were blown away when we saw how nice and spacious the suite was. The restaurant is really good and, though there is no on site parking, the City Garage across the street is reasonable. We left our car there all weekend because we were so close to stops for the free public transportation.

Love the apartment style hotel rooms at this hotel! Immaculately clean and loved the decor and overall vibe. Concierge friendly and helpful. Parking is across the street and down a little way in a garage but area seemed safe, and nice to not have to deal with valet parking. This was our first stay but will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Chattanooga.
