Decent Stay, Poor Service.
We requested rooms together, we received 2 rooms connected but the 3rd an another floor. When the shower ran, the tub fixture had water pouring out from the mount. It didn't go to the bathroom floor but was obviously broken. We looked up the room service menu on the television. We tried to order over the phone to the restaurant for 6 kids meals, they told us they only offer Chicken Tenders. No pasta, no grilled cheese, etc. The children's meals said they included water and a choice of side (fries or fruit). They did accommodate our grilled chicken request for the gluten-free requirement, but the meals were not at the kid's meal price. The fruit side was instead added to the bill. The food was good, but it was not as advertised. We were too hungry to sort this out by the time the food came. Breakfast was included, but the buffet sign said until 11:30 AM and they closed it at 10:30 AM. Some of our group was able to get breakfast, but others were not.
