"It’s an extraordinary accommodation experience ever in phu quoc!!! Because here are super nice staff, extremely tidy room and traditional Vietnamese coffee. Everything makes us an unforgettable trip in Phu Quoc. Staffs here are so efficient with any requests from us, such as free laundry, free shuttle and so on. "Hotel located in area dedicated for small boutique hotels in completely western neighbourhood , which consist of large residential areas , commercial areas (shops, restaurants and open space food market - mostly with seafood street food) and big chain hotels. The plus is that you can't see any smelly favelas near by, minus that it not look like typical Asia. Hotel is brand new, rooms are comfortable , beds & linen amazing. Especially the breakfast

"We had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment we were picked up by the shuttle all the way to check out. The service was amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a birthday in our group but didn’t let anyone know and yet they still surprised us with a slice of cake and a handwritten card. It was such a thoughtful gesture. I feel like the bathrooms could be a little cleaner, the corners and walls need a scrubbing. The hallways need some air conditioning and an air fresher...

"Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Pool are and beach lovely and plenty of beds freely available. What lets it down is the area. It’s almost abandoned with 80% of local ‘shopping centre’ shops closed or empty units. Lots of villas and apartments have been built and most just left abandoned. Unless you hire a scooter or use a taxi/grab to go into town, you’ll see nothing g of the atmosphere of Phu Quoc. Food for breakfast

"First time to Phu Quoc with my family, highly appreciated our Butler Jane, Hana and all the drivers and staff, impressive performance helpful and serve immediately, whenever we need to help they reply immediately, 24/7 butler service check in at the resort, free buggy services, love the peoples in Phu Quoc they are nice and helpful even they can’t speak in fluent English There is some problem with the room we booked, Free breakfastbreakfast

"We had a 6 night visit at the hotel and it was ok, but our expectations was higher because of the description at hotels.com. Nobody spoke english good enough so it was a bit hard to ask anything. The pool was dirty, tennis court was closed, two out of four bars (included the rooftop bar) were closed, staff was fooling around at the gym and most of the times there was no staff at the pool bar so we couldn’t get the sunbed mattress. The hotel itself was still nice and the rooms were good....

"The property is close to night market and grocery store with lots of dining options. They provide a golf cart service where the staff will take you to and from these places free of charge. Staff speaks english. The accommodation all comes with private washroom and toilet. A $7US uber ride to the downtown core. The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. The private pool helps you cool off on a hot day. The staff are very helpful. Reach out to them if you need airport shuttle pick up drop...
