Great Location and the size of the bedroom was great ! I was traveling alone, hence it feel great to have some good space for myself. :). The windows allowed natural light which was a plus. There was a fridge which also it was very useful. No coffee machine though :( The only issue was the one mentioned at my checkin, where the self service checkin in did not work until the 6th or 7 th time. Also when finally the system found my booking details and generated the key after paying the local tax, the key never went out. I had to contact Hotels.com for help, which they were very useful; in contacting the hotel personal to remediate the problem.

This hotel felt safe, the cleaning staff were extremely pleasant, it is walking distance to the train station and city centre, there is a pizza shop next door and a nice restaurant after that, i will definitely stay again

Few minutes walk to train station (Hbf). This property has no staff on site. The rooms are clean but are noisy (the ones in the back are very loud until 10 pm because of the ventilation of nearby restaurants). This is an option if nothing else is available and you need to be close to the main train station.

The hotel it not bad located -, z-we beloong to the ancien generation where we use to have a recepetion(people) and not a machine as host ; we were stressed but hopefully we could follow the instructions adn we got the key, the the entrance is very simple with not a nice hall and before to get to the elavator it smelt bad, fortunately de the room was clean and bige nough, the positif point was the bath cabin, the beds were too small but at least clean, no ilights (lamps)° on t in the area were the beds are located and there are no switches to connect the phones , the positif point there is pizzeria next to the hotel; and is very close to the train station

The property is very close to the train stations, so that's a plus. There is no lobby, and the hotel is completely unstaffed. The self-checkin was not very easy to navigate, and if you have a card that does not work, you're out of luck. The listing did not clarify that this hotel does not have a lobby or staff. Also, since no staff at hotel, you cannot leave your bags for the day to go explore. I ended up leaving the city early because I could not leave my luggage at the hotel for the day before catching the train.

With heavy luggage it is a drag to walk from the train station and the worse is the entrance into the hotel. Three steep stairs and a heavy door to open. I won't do it a second time. With light luggage this problem doesn't exist.

I really didn't like this hotel

The pictures made this hotel seem a lot better than it was. It is slightly cheaper than most of the nearby hotels, but it is most definitely worth spending 10-20 EUR more to stay at a proper hotel. Corridors look like in a prison, rooms are total el cheapo, bed very hard and uncomfortable. I wasn't able to fall asleep on it. Frankly the worst hotel I've stayed at for years. "Bp" stands for "best price," but quality-price ratio is not satisfactory.
