The main mattress was very uncomfortable, I could feel the inner metal parts, and dirty underneath, I had to pull out the little one from below to sleep on it. Also, nobody on reception the hole weekend.

SCAM: We didn’t get the code to our room and tried to contact hotel several times by text and call without respond! We got thw code on the day of checkout and when i contacted the hotel for refund we didnt get any answer just recit for our “stay”.

Great value and good location

There are a ton of stairs so don’t bring heavy luggage. Great location next to 150 bus stop or 10 minute walk to 62 ferry. Old hotel so creaky and not very quiet but very beautiful and charming. I didn’t have hot water in sink or shower. The tea kettle upon arrival was such a treat. Slept great, could have used another pillow or one that wasn’t deflated and flat.

Nothing is good in that hotel. 2nd night we came around 11: 20 and gate was closed. Code did not worked and i called 24 helpline. Got message to wait outside all night or stay another place with 2 small kids. Strongly not recommended

Very little of the facilities were functioning; no restaurant & no breakfast. The walls are quite thin and the neighbouring families were noisy, up until about 1am. The room was hot due to the hot weather, but no one on reception to ask for a fan. I wouldn’t recommend it as it was more like a hostel and didn’t set me up well for my meetings in Hamburg. I would

Dirty

Dirty. Not clean sheets. Old food laying around in room an in refrigerator. Rotten bananas and sliced meat :-O. Room was in basement, with old air smelling. We left and drove back home after 10minutes.

The reception staff was lovely but the room was not ready at 9pm.. The room i got was in terrible condition. The sockets were uncovered, as was the smoke detector in the ceiling, im not even sure it worked. It was extremely noisy early in the morning, with doors slamming constantly from 6am. At 6:30am housekeeping tried to enter my room to clean... It was very cheap but i did not get adequate rest, definitely won't stay again.

Avoid if you can, the room was not booked was not given, we were given a different room, with run down interior in a dark hall. When I talked to front desk staff he talked nice but said he had no other room. He said he will try to switch us the day after but there was zero attempt to do so or even communicate about. As a frequent traveller I won't go back or suggest do to my negative experience. There is low will even to maintain the pace up to standards

Gerne würde ich wieder 4 oder 5 Sterne Vergeben , aber leider gehen die Sanitärenanlagen garnicht , denn das Waschbecken und die Dusche sind sehr unhygienisch. Ansonsten Hotel , Zimmer sauber , gute Lage alles was man braucht ist in der nähe Bus und Fähre auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vor der Tür. Reinigungspersonal sehr Nett und Freundlich. Wie gesagt wir kommen immer wieder gerne nur mit dem Bad muss sich was ändern.

Likaiset lakanat ja pyyhkeet. Pyyhkeet myös märät. Huone oli tosi pölyinen ja sänky rikki. Henkilökuntaa ei ollut paikalla ja eivät suostuneet asioimaan englanniksi. Onneksi oli omat lakanat mukana, niin ei tarvinnut ripulin seassa nukkua.

Man kann die Übernachtung dort überleben, aber ein Genuss war es nicht. Zimmer 14 im Keller, überall grelles Neonlicht verbaut. Matratze durchgelegen, überall totgeklatschte Insekten an den Wänden. Keinerlei Service vor Ort und auch auf E-Mails wurde nicht reagiert. Keine Klimaanlage, kein Ventilator trotz Hitzewelle.

Manchmal hat ein Hotel Charme, manchmal Geschichte – und manchmal ist es einfach nur in die Jahre gekommen. Hier fiel es uns schwer zu unterscheiden, ob wir Gebrauchsspuren oder mangelnde Sauberkeit vor uns hatten. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel ein unangenehmer Geruch auf. Die Möbel wirkten verschmutzt und insgesamt machte das Zimmer keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Etwa alle 30 Minuten war zudem ein Brummen zu hören, das ein wenig an den Motor einer Hafenfähre erinnerte. Tagsüber kein Problem – beim Einschlafen eher schon. Eine Kommode hatte eine komplett ausgerissene Schubladenfront, die lose darin lag, eine zweite war ebenfalls beschädigt. Im Bad wirkten die Fliesen noch ordentlich, doch die stark verschmutzten Fugen und Metallschienen leider nicht. Der Duschkopf war mit Panzerband am Schlauch befestigt, wodurch das Wasser herausspritzte. Freihändig duschen war dadurch nicht möglich. Der stark verkalkte Wasserhahn kannte praktisch nur zwei Einstellungen: aus oder Überraschungsdusche. Unser Tipp: Den Hebel vorsichtig von unten antippen – so ließ sich das Wasser tatsächlich besser dosieren. Bei den Betten hatten wir gemischte Erfahrungen. Eines der Doppelbetten war so durchgelegen, dass die Federn deutlich zu spüren waren – vielleicht leicht übertrieben, aber man fühlte sich kurz wie auf der Trainingsmatte eines Fakirs. Den einen Stern gibt es ausschließlich für den günstigen Preis – der sich nach diesem Aufenthalt leider auch erklärt.

Die Fotos der Webseite sind Betrug! Ich habe zwar ein anderes Zinmer bekommen, wurde aber mehtfach weggedrückt bis jemand erreichbar war. Die beschmutzten Wände und Möbel machten den Aufenthalt für mich zum Dilemma. Ein Fernseher ohne Fernbedienung, noch nicht mal einen Ventilator bei 33 °C im Schatten, ganz zu schweigen von einer funktionierenden Lüftung im Bad. Bei einem Blick in den Frühstücksraum habe ich keine Gäste gesehen. Das Hotel wird auf einer anderen Plattform für 44€ pro Nacht angeboten, mehr ist diese Absteige auch nicht Wert. Ich habe es dort nicht länger ausgehalten und bin früher abgereist.
