Room was clean. Small and quaint but worked for my family as we were out exploring the city most of our trip. Only downside about the hotel is the paper thin walls. Staying right next to us was a family with a baby who loved to scream and wail. And we could hear everything.

Great spot in the East Village

As someone who isn't fussy about hotels, The Gatsby Hotel was great. The AC was perfection, the bed was comfortable, and the location was exactly what I needed. The walls were a little thin but NYC is a loud city. Housekeeping came every day with new towels, and a made bed. I wish they had swept the floors, but otherwise, no complaints.
