"The only problem we had was we couldn’t get the TV to work properly. The hotel offered to move us to another room, but we’d already settled in. They comp’d us breakfast. "

"This was the final stay for my trip to Iceland and it was just what I needed: minutes away from the airport, great bed for a good night’s rest, spacious to rearrange all my luggage comfortably, and tea station available. It had an extremely well equipped kitchen that I didn’t use, but was there if needed. Parking was right infront of the property for convenient access. Check in instructions were very straightforward and easy so getting into the property was great. Overall great stay!"

"Staff was excellent (kind, efficient, hospitable) and our sweet little room overlooking the sea was lovely. Very comfortable beds and linens. Clean and simple, and would absolutely stay again. Shuttle car took us promptly to the airport and helped with luggage. Would definitely recommend. "

"Area was not safe"

"If you choose to stay here, definitely make sure you arrange how to get into the property before you arrive. There isn't someone on site to welcome guests, and I arrived with no communication from the hotel staff regarding how to get into the building. I tried to reach out to the property managers via the hotels.com app, and they did not respond. There were three other guests waiting outside in the same situation. Eventually one of the other guests was able to get someone on the phone to help us gain access to the property, but I was almost to the point of booking a room at another hotel because I didn't think we were going to be able to get in. It worked out, but so much stress could have been avoided if the property management would have done a better job of communicating. The property is a decent value for what you pay, but note that the room did not have a private bathroom. It was a shared bathroom on the first floor of the property."

"The staff were fantastic, checking in at two am and being greeted enthusiastically. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was quite good and starting at four am is a bonus for anyone leaving early. I would definitely recommend this hotel/hostel. "
