It’s a cute small hotel typically decorated & very well kept. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Conveniently located right across from the main train station, restaurants and attractions.
The only thing I didn’t like is that there’s no air conditioning in the rooms and it’s not mentioned anywhere in the description. To me it’s that’s a plus.

Ausgezichnet!
The staff was wonderful and the owners treated us like royalty at the restaurant. They were so friendly and welcoming. It was a great experience and we fell in love with Bremen. We would definitely book another stay here when we go back to Germany!

Incredible attention to detail! Although the room is small everything in it shows that the innkeeper has great pride in their establishment. There is unique woodwork and extras like the bottled water in a flip down cabinet. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of great food. Location is close to the train station which I found good but others may find a little noisy.

Nice, central hotel but many drug addicts around
the hotel is nice and centrally located. There is a lot of drug addicts in the area / surrounding parks etc. I don't know if this is a problem overall in Bremen, but it certainly is an issue around the hotel. We experienced no problem whatsoever with the addicts, but it is not a nice sight.

The location is very close to HBF, so close to a lot of things and a twenty min walk to the Dom. But like most HBF, a lot of undesirables hang out there in the evening. Staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. Fabulously cute Austrian decor. And a FABULOUS restaurant downstairs. It’s a must.
Ensure you request a room with a separate shower room. Mine wasn’t separate and the mist from the shower etc went straight into the bedroom, which was tricky as due to winter I couldn’t open the window to air the place out.
Good security with card entry. Loved the Christmas decorations.

A room at Edel Weiss is very good value, emphasis on the value, it’s not a luxury hotel by any means, bathroom and rooms are small and have basic amenities, clean but are getting tired.
Good a solo traveller for a couple nights.
The hotel is Bavarian and alpine themed, very nice decor, cheesy but it’s nice to see the effort that has been made.
The restaurant offers great food for a fair price.
The breakfast available is quite expensive for what is available.
The hotel is opposite the main train station so there is a quite a lot of traffic from trams and busy streets during the day and evening.
With the windows closed you hardly notice it.
The area is relatively safe, there are hotels either side next door, bars and restaurants in the area.
Just keep your wits about you when outside late, as there may be homeless people or drunk groups passing by.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and would come back
