The apartment is very nice and overall provided a pleasant stay. It would benefit from a few minor maintenance improvements, such as repairing the window handles and replacing or fixing the washing machine. The location is excellent: situated in a quieter neighborhood than Alfama, yet still very close to it. Public transportation is easily accessible, with bus and tram stops within walking distance. Communication with the host was the only issue I encountered. The instructions were sent directly by email rather than through the Expedia platform, so I did not see them in time because I was not expecting communication through that channel. However, once we connected via WhatsApp, the response was quick, efficient, and very helpful. Overall, I would recommend this apartment for its comfort, location, and the host’s responsiveness once contact was established.

Pretty central property, spacious, towels are offered (would’ve preferred some more just because we were 3 sharing a toilet so having hand towels would’ve been good), clean sheets. Apartment is tidy (could be cleaner). But overall it was a great experience, very easy to access and host is responsive.

Wooden folding kitchen chairs were the only seating and very uncomfortable. Roomy. Good kitchen. Cleaning person for the apartment was very helpful. Helped us get a taxi when we left. If you’re using the train or metro it is a long hilly walk.

It was good. Specially as we arrived earlier and needed to switch rooms because we moved from a 2 to a 4 paxs room. The walls were thin and some other gusta loud so keep in mind it is not a quiet area. Other than that. It was perfect

Location was ok, the rest was not. The house is cold and you feel the breeze in the door and windows. There not enough pillow covers for all of us, the floor had massive gaps in the boards, the washing machine was all rusted, the kitchen did not have hot water, the toilet was,. Will not recommend or come back.

the accommodation was easy to find. However, it was not clean,the shower was leaking water everywhere. The whole street was very loud constantly 24/7. We didn't get a key for the door, so every time we had to pull the door with force to lock it.

Good spot and good price for a quick overnight

It was a bit hard to find the apartment since there is no sign. But as soon as we found the right location a woman came out to greet us and gave us the door code for the street and a key for the apartment. The apartment is very basic but also nice and clean. The location is good, close to an ok Santos neighborhood grocery and very close to an excellent breakfast place, Flora and Fauna. The only real disappointment was the old mattress since we could feel every spring. But this is a good place for a short low budget stay.

The door code wasn’t invalid at last night, we’re not able to join any of the contacts that Severa gave us. We had to book another hotel… finally we joined a contact from the Expedia reservation who was able to give us a code so we were able to take our luggage’s. Lots of money and time lost for me and my son ….

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt in Lissabon. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass unser Aufenthalt in Portugal zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis wurde.

Me gustó mucho la experiencia en el apartamento. Tiene un balcón hermoso. Está en una zona céntrica pero a la vez tranquila. A veces se escucha un poco el ruido de la calle pero son momentos. Tiene cafetera, tostadora, lavarropas. Me sentí en casa. El lugar es amplio y cómodo. Y los anfitriones muy accesibles. Volvería a ir.

C'est n'etait pas pratique du tout, appartement situe au dernier étage, pas d'assenseur, escalier très étroites, plafonds a l'intérieur de l'appartement en pente et trop bas, on se cogné la tette à chaque fois que on se levait du lit, la même chose dans la cuisine, appartement trop chaud a l'intérieur, le climatiseur marchait mal.Cartier très bruyant.La douche était mal fixe au mur, les chaises se démontaient en s'asseyant.Totalement déconseillé.

O apartamento é amplo, bem limpo,mas sentimos falta de alguns itens básicos, como lixeira na cozinha. A comunicação deixou a desejar, pois foi pedido 2 x taças de vinho e não obtivemos resposta. O apartamento é no térreo, então a noite é sempre barulhento, e o ponto mais crítico, foi justamente ele estar no térreo, na nossa última noite noite, por volta das 23 hrs,uma pessoa tentava abrir nossa porta, foi uma situação que durou uns 5 min, mas foi bem assustador, não sabíamos se era alguém bêbado ou tentando nos assaltar.

Bel appartement avec beaucoup de potentiel. Très bien situé et très éclairé; mis à part les oreillers, le lit est très confortable. Points faibles : pour un long sejour, il manque quelques éléments à l'appartement pour être no.1 genre papier hygiénique, savon pour la lessive et pour le lave-vaisselle. Enfin (l'hotel n'y est pour rien) le bruitet extérieur et ce jusqu'à tard le soir. Heureusement resto, bistro, bar qui sont dans le quartier ferment à 00h. Donc, pour les couche tôt, à éviter. Quelques éléments à réparer: le banc de toilette, la poignée du lave-vaisselle, la porte de l'armoire qui cache le lave-linge, le plafonnier de la pièce du garde-robe, la lampe muralr à gauche du lit. Malgré tout, nius avons grandement apprécié notre séjour au Severa Apartements

Un bajo acogedor. Instalaciones bien conservadas. Comunicación buena con el anfitrión. A 20 min caminando del centro.
