Nice hotel in a quiet area. Honzomon line only a block away and Imperial Palace park a short walk. Mostly a business area but the Honzomon line will get you anywhere you want to go. Small room with barely enough space for even small luggage. No ammenities except for a continental style breakfast in the morning.

Staff were very friendly and checked us in quite a bit earlier than they needed to, which was great! Unfortunately the 2 twin beds were actually 2 single beds, and the room was tiny, not much bigger than the 2 beds - not amazing for a family of 4, but we made do. Also not a whole lot of restaurant options in the area. I would say it is perfect for 1-2 people that are in transit for an evening.

Overall, our experience at this hotel was good. It was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the amenities (including the pajamas, slippers, water bottles, and daily toothbrush/tooth paste packages) made it extra special. The only thing I would critique is how small the rooms and the beds are. 2 adults and 2 grown kids can barely fit in a room with 2 twin beds. Next time, I will definitely get 2 rooms.

The pastries and coffee options in the morning were pleasant and much appreciated especially with kids who truly enjoyed the hazelnut donuts offered. Only issue I had was the room was very smal, with two twin beds accommodating 2 adults and 2 small kids. There was barely any space for luggage or to move around. But for the location, room price, etc, we managed as we didn’t spend that much time besides sleeping after sightseeing. All in all, we spent 5 nights at the hotel and would recommend it to families as it’s hard to find affordable rooms for 4 people in Tokyo.
