The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff are excellent. The Reception Staff are exceptionally qualified, helpful, courteous and welcoming (all staff, all 24 hours). The breakfast serving staff, meals and variety are exceptional also. One of the best air-conditioning systems found in Tokyo, where I could keep the temperature at the most comfortable level for me, especially at night.

the location is convenient but quiet in busy Ginza. 7-11 is right next to hotel entrance. There are many casual eateries or hidden gem such as sushi and yakitori restaurants around the property.
