The entire experience from start to finish was perfect. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a larger room. The staff were all very helpful and friendly the entire time. Firstly, the hotel is in a great location. Staff were welcoming and we were given a free upgrade to a larger room on arrival which was nice. Complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate are provided in the foyer which is a nice touch. There is also a coffee machine in the room. The rooms and nicely decorated and a lovely bathroom with great shower. Stylish boutique hotel! Perfect.
