Loud noise when rooms doors are shut. Location is very convenient and Kent Street facing rooms are not disrupted by street noise. At these tariff rates, should provide room cleaning services at least every 2 days. Mattress is a bit soft.

Public areas were filthy with used sanitary products in floor in the pool bathrooms. Rooms were also filthy with dead bugs in bathroom, mould in shower and stained chairs. Facilities were very limited in the apartment, definitely couldn’t cook a meal! Balcony wasn’t worth the extra money - view was awful and there was lots of litter on it so we didn’t bother using it. Room wasn’t sound proof - could hear traffic noises all night despite being on floor 35. Air conditioning was really good and location was good.
