Best Western Plus Astana
"The location was great, close to the main attractions in the center of the city. The breakfast menu had a lot of choices. We would stay at this hotel again."
Sheraton Astana Hotel
"Excellent everything - friendly staff, clean rooms, great location!"
The Ritz-Carlton, Astana

Elite Apart-Hotel
"This hotel is easily the best in Astana and possibly all of Kazakhstan given its price relative to its room sizes, services, and location. When I first landed, the hotel was ready to dispatch a taxi well before I downloaded Yandex (the ride app in KZ). At the ground floor, you walk out to the beautiful Hazrat mosque; the American Embassy is on your left right across the street. Coffee Boom—one of the coolest chains in Kazakhstan—was right next door and often our go-to breakfast spot (for Americans, imagine Starbucks with the menu size of Cheesecake Factory with always fresh, made-to-order quality food). The hotel also has two stores inside for when we needed water or other things. The staff is easily accessible through Whatsapp and usually respond promptly. Furthermore, the staff is pretty accommodating of circumstances like when my flight was delayed, they made sure someone was available for when I actually arrived. A few quirks. The washer is a bit tricky to use if you’re a foreigner and expect to air-dry your clothes on the enclosed balcony. You also need to buy your own water and refill as needed, but it is very cheap (having said that, the tap water does seem ok you can brush your teeth with it and wash your face—I noticed my teeth were even whiter after a few days of brushing with it). The shower spray is VERY strong much like an exfoliating pressure wash and can get scalding hot. To conclude, if you want an Elite vacation, you’ll want to stay in Elite Aparthotel!"
Jumbaktas Hotel
"Great location, wonderful spa, good food"
The St. Regis Astana
"I definitely will be returning. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city"
ibis Astana
"Ok for business trip. Cleanliness is good. Water bottle in room to be added. Only one dustbin in bathroom. Must have one more in bedroom also."
Saad Hotel Astana
"The gym, which is advertised as open all hours was closed for a 2-hour cleaning session"
Kazzhol Hotel Astana
"We had an excellent stay and would gladly give this hotel 5 stars. The room was spotless, the property was beautifully maintained, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was very convenient with easy access to restaurants, museums, and other attractions. The staff truly made the stay exceptional. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with directions, recommendations, and any questions we had. The only suggestion for improvement would be the pool and hot tub area. Since day passes are available to outside visitors, it became quite crowded and noisy at times. Limiting the number of outside guests during busy hours and making the hot tub adults only would create a much more relaxing experience for hotel guests. Overall, this is an excellent hotel, and we would definitely stay here again."

This duration allows you to explore the city's key historical and cultural landmarks, including charming cafes, impressive monuments, and the intriguing aquarium, as well as enjoy the local art scene and possibly witness a performance at the theatre. With sunny weather, your visit can also include outdoor activities such as camping, providing a delightful blend of culture and nature.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: Hotels.com may offer enticing hotel deals for Astana travellers, and by visiting the DealsOpens in a new window section, you're more likely to see discounted rates near your travel date. For those seeking last-minute options, the Last-Minute Deals section could reveal opportunities to save on hotels in Astana. Moreover, the Smart Shopping tool available via the app helps you compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you stay informed about any favourable changes.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a better deal on your stay in an Astana hotel. For those in search of distinctive experiences, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised touch and potentially better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we’ll suggest alternative dates that could offer more affordable options.
- Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be pricier; however, thanks to Astana's excellent public transport connections, you might discover a more affordable independent hotel located further afield that still offers convenient access. For those keen on exploring alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often great value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
