A fantastic resort to stay at! Breakfast Buffet options were amazing! All Staff Members made you feel very welcome! Only wish that the rooms had more towels to use like face towels. Not a huge deal as you can always contact the desk for more. Beds were very comfortable! Overall experience was terrific! Highly recommended when looking for a place to stay in Cebu!

Solea has a lot to offer and also expensive. They would not allow anybody in your room to visit. They want you to pay 2,500 per head even though I told them I just want my sister to watch my infant so we can get a massage. They have strict policy and we end up not getting a massage.

I regret staying here for 3 nights. Bathroom was dirty. Their water in the shower is salty as well as the sink water causing my skin to react such as hives. The staff was also inconsistent. I had such a miserable time. I wouldn’t recommend this resort. Too busy, noisy, dirty & bad customer service.

Room is clean but the shower/toilet are not so clean..towels including bath mats needs to be replaced ASAP.. its like using a dirty rug.. I see them clean the pool but it’s cloudy looking. Buffet is good except that it is very salty for my taste. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Location is around a busy neighborhood not what I expected.

Property is huge and beautiful. Great food and wonderful hospitable service at earth restaurant. Beautiful selection of pools. Check in was long and they could not find my reservations via Expedia. I waited 30 minutes until everything was sorted out. It was disappointing - but overall experience at the facility was great. Room was comfortable, clean and great view. Rate 4 stars. ♥️

Check-in process was long and have to wait more that 20mins to get out room. Room aircondition was dripping water during the night and did not function well. Staff was excellent, propery needs to be maintened well.

Beautiful resort with numerous pools to choose from. The restaurant was great with plenty of entree options for breakfast and dinner. The rooftop restaurant offered a wonderful view of the city at night and even more scenic ocean view at sunset. The staff are great; professional, uniformed, and assistive to the customer's needs. My only complaint is the cosmetics of the rooms. Some of the mirrors look very old and peeling. Some of the caulk in the bathrooms are also peeling. Overall, the hotel is wonderful and would recommend to anyone wanting a secluded location.

Rooms are not properly maintained. crews in front desk did not give me enough time to check out when i have 3 toddlers and a pregnant family member while they gave us hustle when we check in and gave us a dirty rooms so i decided to upgraded to their old building which is facing in their “ sea view “ while the old building hasnt been updated or remodeled.

I was disappointed at the frontdesk as soon as I checked in.There was nonline at all but both frontdesks were looking down not checking almost ignoring me on the line.Their website does not work so I booked with Expedia.They asked for the email confirmation from Expedia so I showed the expedia app but that wasn’t enough she had me pull the email so I did as if I had no reservation or they never received the reservation from Expedia. I asked to be upgraded but for some reason it took them a while to figure out that there wasn’t any available so I decided to add a room so there were 4 adults and 2 toddlers but I was only given two waterpark tickets which I do not understand so I asked her how is that possible because I can’t just leave a 4 and 2 year old on their own so she said you have to pay extra 600 php or take one kid at a time like what???!! The rooms were so basic it does not even have a usb charger, the rfloors were sticky like it wasn’t mopped.One of the rooms has very bad cable signal, it was in and out of cable the chanels were so pixelated.The breakfast was so chaotic! We asked for bottled water and we were told to buy outside where they sell popcorn rightoutside the restaurant but we ate at 7 so it was still closed. This hotel is too expensive for what it can offer on top of that the staff I dealt with meh! Never coming back and I do not recommend the property!
