The front desk clerk, Tyler was exceptional in helping to untangle improper reservation information provided by Hotels.com. My reservation paid for a king room upgrade. Hotels.com sent the information to the property showing it as only two queen beds. The Front Desk clerk was extremely professional and honored my reservation, even though all she was showing was two queen beds. I really appreciated her help and can not understand how this happened by Hotels.com.

Check went well. That’s the best they had. No room cleaning of any kind. Had to go to check in to get more towels. 3 night stay with no housekeeping. When checking out all I could get for an answer to what to do with my room cards was a grunt. Workers couldn’t be bothered with their conversation to help.

The staff at Hampton— Hammond were great! I would like to single out Anna, who helped us secure a different room, due to the walking distance of our original room and my wife’s mobility issues. All staff were friendly, courteous, and professional! We have stayed at this facility before, and will likely do so again!

The staffs were very friendly and patient. I requested a crib on property and they got that crib up to my room very fast. My son kept playing with the phone and accidentally dialed the front desk multiple times and she did not get mad.
