While I appreciate the space efficiency of the sliding bathroom door, I've yet to stay in a Springhill room where the door worked properly. In this room the door would not close completely, leaving a 2" gap. Also, I wish they could find a way to make the sofa more comfortable-- maybe a couple of throw pillows?

At check in the woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. When you are tired after traveling a smile and a friendly demeanor goes a long way.
