Was told cable and WiFi wasn’t working when I went to check in and told me I would get a refund if I wanted to cancel so I did. They lied and would not refund me. Sketchy area. Bars on window at check in. Front desk area behind glass. Bad vibes. Was happy to leave. Will not book with this brand again ever again.

Left as soon as I seen the poor quality of the buildings, pool, and room. If I had a dog I wouldn’t let it stay there. Still have not gotten a full refund and pictures on the site do not show the true reality of this hotel!

Everything was good. But i did ask for a non smoking room. When i got in the room had a heavy smell of smoke. Im not a smoker so i could smell it. Not sure if it was a previous smoking room. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

I don’t blame the hotel, I blame Expedia for giving this place a 4 star rating when every other place gives a 1-2 star rating. Broken peeling walls, bugs, broken shower. We lasted about 20 minutes before we decided to leave. Felt unsafe and decided to go. Staff was nice.

Pictures posted in the Expedia Advertisement is equivalent to bait and switch. It's pretty much a run down motel. Room had holes in the wall, appeared to have water damage at some point. Comforter had stains appeared like nail polish hopefully. Bathtub/shower had stains like rust or decay from being old. Needed somewhere to stay overnight was there to see son graduate from Air Force Basic Training and this was close. I took pictures wish I could post them.

The room was full of roaches. It was dead roaches under the stuck. The bathroom was in very bad shape. The bed had so many burned holes that I lost count.

The worst place I’ve ever been. This place needs to be closed down as soon as possible! I have never seen a place so nasty and disgusting in my life. I’ve never seen so many roaches in my life. Molded and rotted tub. The bathroom was like a scene in a horror movie. They will try not to give you your money back either. DO NOT STAY HERE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I was very disappointed to see the room in this hotel. What is worst is that it is in Travelocity site. We have used travelocity to book many of our trips which include the hotels. This time it was a very unsatisfactory experience. The room's furniture was old scratched and with no handles on the drawers, the restroom was dirty. The room did not have a coffee pot. The whole room needed to be cleaned thoroughly and remodeled. I do not recommend this type of hotel to anyone.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... management made false claims of noise complaints from my room. Sent an officer 2 barge in n search us. Then aggressively kick us out after we had been.there already 4 days. No refund barely returned our deposit. Moreover wasgiven q criminal trespass as well. Nightmare
