when i checked in, I asked for a room away from pool because it was spring break & the noise. I got a room over the valet?! Over the bed was a decorative window with no blinds! Very sunny. Also the staff seemed unprepared for such a busy week. For a room that is that expensive, I thought the service should be more professional.

Overall enjoyable with a few hiccups.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Had a chance to enjoy the spa and a couple of the pools. The restaurants ran out of both food and drink items and none of the drafts it seems in the whole resort were working. We adapted.
