Nice 1-night stay for a family of four. Room was fairly small but ok and good value for money. Breakfast was nice and the quality of the food was good although we needed to wait for 10 minutes or so for a table to become available and they didn't replenish items that ran out.

Well placed hotel with easy access to M25
Really lovely and friendly staff, I didn't catch names but the lady checking us in on the night shift and the lady in breakfast buffet were both incredibly nice and helpful. All areas clean, toiletries and towels all stocked in room and the most comfy hotel bed I've slept in! Plenty of free parking and handy for petrol or supplies as just on a shopping park, then straight out onward to the M25.

Great value stay for our family of 4 for 2 nights. Good location if visiting Harry Potter Studios and London City. Parking is plenty and safe. Room is a little small to move aroung once pull out be is used. Breakfast was busy during the week so careful no to leave it too late as you won't get a table!

I normally choose HI brand, so expected better than this wrt other branches, everything was minimal, room was too tight, no enough room for your luggage, our room was too close to the highway, couldn't sleep because of street noise, breakfast was minimal, no cheese, no boiled egg, no ham, ...! Too far from center of London. +Staff +Free parking

Great stay prior to flying from Luton, if you don’t fancy staying in hotel for drinks then the Colney fox is a short walk away. However the hotel drinks are reasonably priced and nice seating area to the front.
