PM flight from Bali and early flight out SIN-SFO. No customs and immigration needed for in airport stay. Added one one hour to 6 hour stay. Breakfast was very good just across fromt he hotel. Front desk arranged wake up, cart assistance to correct gate in a very timely manner in the morning.

They don’t respond through the Hotels.com messaging app. They don’t answer their phones and yet they’re open 24 x 7 x 365. The space is pretty nice. The food is pretty good. There are no complaints.
