The hotel was nice. We were not able to access our room early and had to leave our luggage behind the desk, which did not seem safe. The young man at the front desk did not seem to know very much and was not that helpful.

Great hotel in Providencia Area, which is clean and safe. Huge room with comfortable bed. Nice little pool area, with amazing views of cerro Sant Cristobal and snow covered Andean mountains.
Minor negatives: When we tried the rooftop restaurant, they were out of half the options on the menu, so not great. Also grumpy husband complained about lukewarm tea water in the breakfast buffet!
All in all would definitely come back.
