Some of staff was bilingual, and ready to assist us at all times during the day and night. The other staff such as security guards were attentive and also ready to assist with whatever was needed. The room very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast very good and we ate dinner in the restaurant one night. It was delicious and the staff was also very kind and attentive. This hotel was very convenient to shopping, the subway and the bus station. Highly recommend.

Carolina saved us. Impeccable English but also a lovdly and vety helpful receptionist. We had a rough trot and had to stay an extra night as our aircraft was faulty. Carolina helped this become a very smooth transaction. Food was nice in the hotel restaurant. Spag Bol especially!

Ask them to put you on the quiet side of hotel-- it is much more quiet than street side-- bfast ok- not ahuge selection but ok- close to metro and bus station-- not a great neighborhood but good as far as santiago is concerned-- airport bus stops very close
