The first room I got, it had a stain on the floor and a sheet on the side with the lamp. I got moved to a different room, where the ac wasn't working properly. Had to spend the night in a humid room. There was no housekeeping so we had piled garbage inside the room, as well.

our first room we got was standard room, went to room there was food and open drinks in the fridge, and the table stands were sticky. a mess left from people before us,we reported it to the manager who offered us to reclean it. we told him we want an upgrade since its incovenient of them and with the covid19 going on they should be very particular of how they clean. manager said its because their short staffed, whos fault is that?!!!!? not ours. So he gives us new rooms wit views, but Charges us!!!! wow!! and then we requested for everyday cleaning of our stay. They failed to do that as well. They expected me to pay all their charges but couldnt even keep it clean for us as requested! !!!!!!!!! im so disappointed in our stay, expected higher quality and service.

Staff fabulous-window treatments dangerous & old
Service was wonderful. Lauren, Patricia, and 2 maintenance men treated us wonderfully. However we had to be moved and call maintenance twice and be moved to a smaller room due to the blinds coming completely off the window and landing on my boyfriend!

Customer Service is HORRIBLE due to Aiasha
Aiasha (who worked 2/2 about 2am) had zero sympathy for husband... my husband came from his 3rd job that night and asked an employee if it was ok to park at a metered parking, they did tell him it was fine, they themselves were parked nearby, yet to be safe he checked on his car in which he was about to receive a parking violation, in less than 12 hrs from checking in, in which he only actually was in the hotel room was 3 hrs, he was checking out.

I got to the hotel at 10am-5 hours before check in-to see if they would allow us to drop our bags off. The staff went one step further and upgraded our room so we could check on that moment. We had an amazing view and got to pick what floor we were on. When we were checking out they gave us free water bottles. Super friendly staff.
